How to make voltage rise sharply from 0v to 5V ?


So i am designing a circuit board using microhard pDDL2450. So after a few trial and contact help from them, I figured out the reason the board didnt work. 

The input voltage after pass through a voltage regulator doesnt rise fast enough, hence the chip wont turn on.

So the next logical step would be designing an independent add-on circuit that can make the voltage rise faster. 

Any idea on how to do that ? 

The proper answer is probably to hold the device in reset, until the supply is correct, then release reset. To do that you need a reset supervisor.

Missing some information here... as per documentation:

Digital Voltage = 3.3V / RF Voltage = 5V 7 - 30 VDC

So the input voltage should be DC not a wave or clock!!

Do you have any schematic ?
