Great news! Last week I got some fittings for my Balloon cannon I was going to build! I don't know if the valve will work, but the fittings allow for different valves, barrels, and pressure chambers. The only drawback is that the pip I got was cellular core. I need to give that back to my friend I got it from and buy a couple of feet from somewhere. I might possibly post an instructable soon!

Here's a few models of mine- It's got a front-back design with a bipod, pump on the bottom, a tire valve, and a breech loading mechanism on the barrel. I also designed a silencer for it out of PVC pipe that goes outside the end of the barrel.

cut sides from funnels and glue them in a circle, put bowl upside down on top (see image) then pour water onto bottom of bowl (bottom facing up). water will flow off bowl, into funnels, which should be in balloons

I'm thinking of ways to make water balloon chains........So far I found that putting them in old pantihoes (recycle) and twisting them, or putting bread clips in between each balloon allows one to carry them without bursting. Plus, you can feed them into a cannon, have a sharp edge on the breach holes that cuts the balloon, and shoot everything out! Then, just open the breech, and feed in the next one! Of course, I'm still looking for better ways to do this. I think using soup cans that are soldered together may work, but a smaller hole must be in the bottom for the air to shoot the balloon, and the balloon could easily fall out the front of the can. Also, the hole the cans feed into (and out of-we're not shooting the cans at people!) must be airtight.

The other day, I saw some sort of wrist-mounted tennis ball launcher sligshot thing for dogs at Rural King. It mounts on your arm and I bet it would shoot water balloons too... I think it's a "Hyperdog ball launcher". Seriously, who needs to use a slingshot to play fetch with their dog?

I wonder if anyone has ever made a bow with latex tube and a leather sling to shoot balloons... Or even a water balloon crossbow! These evil little ideas never stop coming!!! Mua ha ha!.......I feel sort of evil....
