What can I do with lots of Magic: The Gathering cards?

Hi there. I have several thousand Magic the gathering cards, possibly over 10k at this point, that I don't really need. I was thinking about giving my room a nice blue tone by covering the walls with them, but I don't think I have quite enough blue cards for that. So at this point I'm kind of just wondering what I COULD do with them. A nice thing about them is that I have 30-40 of many of the same cards, so if I want a large patch of the same color for some reason, it's possible.

For those that don't know, Magic cards are the size of a normal playing card, but about twice as thick and have detailed fantasy art on them. Primary colors used are blue, green, red, black, and white.

These are all pretty much worthless cards. Nobody would ever want to buy them, heh. I've sold everything worth selling.

Try selling them in big random box like 1000 card packs online

Ever thought about donateing them to a charity? I'm sure there are some special kids somewhere that would love to learn to play while they are in a hospital or treatment unit. I know it may not be the traditional type of MAKE your thinking about, but you could Make some kids day.

There are a lot of people who use different material, such as old cards, especially if they are colorful, for mosaics. When my husband and I cut up our credit cards recently (another story all together) we saved the plastic and I will eventually make a mosaic of our last name with the cut up pieces. I'm sure there are plenty of tutuorials. If you don't get rid of them by sending them to someone, I suggest cutting them up and selling them in matching color schemes. Good luck!

Going along with Rock Soldier's collage idea, how about a picture constructed of these as "pixels" ?

+1 on the pixel idea.

Besides selling them? A big house of cards? Or a sort of collage?
