Wondering what my wife will think.

I was having fun with the kids in the garden this morning. It seemed like a great idea at the time, but now I am wondering if my wife will appreciate it as much as we do?
Any guesses?

Well I listened, and hastily wrote up what I knew would be a lacking 'ible. Sadly it made my Instructable ego ticker featured score drop. Which prompted me to do a quick photo 'ible of it and irssitible.

My featured % came back up, but is still lower than when I started.

Any suggestions on how I can improve this one? (I have little that I can go on, my son took the only shots of it in progress, and while I know I must have a decent shot of the tree with no mod somewhere, I cannot for the life of me find one.)

Sigh, I'll need to write like 2 more and get featured to get my score back up.

I'm going to try and take a better shot of the tree, brighter morning today.

My son may have a shot or two on his i-pod, but he is 7, so I am not sure if they are good enough to magic up an ible from.
...That being said, there is a bigger cedar in the other corner....I still think she is going to have a fit.
but, too late now.
I'll ask if I can do the other one.

Like Jayefuu suggested, it doesn't have to be a full blown step-by-step Instructable. Just a photo-only Instructable will suffice with some explanation of how to create the same. I personally think you'd get a ton of views. It's great!

You could also add a photo of the tools you used laid out on the grass to bulk it out. And a cute shot of the kids hiding behind or peeking around it. Something likke that.

Only tool used was a clipper, it's in the shots. I didn't feel there was much to write up, it was a spur of the moment thing with the kids. I have no technique, no previous experience, nothing to write. We 'felt' it out, and had a good time doing it. I will add a shot of the clippers if you think it will help the ible.

Just updated anyways. Added a bit more text too. Sigh, I don't know, while I love the tree, not too fond of the ible. Oh well, just bring down my featured percent. The next one may be better.

Ha that's brilliant. Instructable! Or at the very least a photo instructable. I bet that'll look great if it gets snowed on too. He'll have frosty eyebrows.
