Ahhh! Your xbox is HAL! I'm not sure, but I think they may still fix it even if your warranty is out of date. As long as you didn't open it and hack it or something. I'm not sure. I just gave them a call, and I don't think they asked about the warranty. You could always just try calling them to see what they say.
