accepted my paypal payment but not giving me Pro Membership???

I made a payment via paypal to keep my pro membership from expiring.

Instructables let it  expire anyway after processing the payment.

I have sent TWO emails (one as a reply to the notice the account expired and one to the contact address on Paypal information) but have only gotten auto replies in return.

HOW DO I GET HELP ???
