epoxy gone wrong! can i start over?

i was working on a belt buckle with colored epoxy, but i screwed up mixing in the hardener. so it's still wet in some places and then it hardened real ugly in others. is there anything i can do about it or should i start over?

well, if you want to start over you could just scrape the epoxy off, but I'm not sure if that'd work.

You can try heating it, which will accelerate and slow-moving cure that might be happening. I recommend a black box put out in the sun, or with a lightbulb; epoxies aren't good things to put in the same oven that you might use for food later...
