formatting

is there any way to produce text which has been struck through on instructables?

Two tildas (~) before and after what you want to strike through ;)

. Great link! Now. If I just had a place to practice. The search didn't turn up any "Practice Your WikiFormatting Here" groups. I'd hate to clutter things up with a bunch of "This is bold/strike/super/etc" posts.

I don't think so, as the wiki markup for it is ___, and instructables uses wiki markup.
