halloween contest prize

So... we took second place on the halloween food contest ... and was just curious as to how long it would take to recieve the prize?

so i emailed service@instructsbles.com like i am supposed to... and this is what i got in return

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

     service@instructsbles.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
DNS Error: Domain name not found

so... UH... really?

anyone got any update on this or know of who i should be asking besides a random cry in the forum?

lthough, there have been problems with getting prizes out, especially if you are outside the US.
I took 2nd place in the Halloween costume contest and I haven't received my prize either - going on 4 months. I live in the US (NY State). Would it be possible to get an ETA? Thanks. pete
I've forwarded this on to our prize folks - you should hear something soon! Sorry it's taken so long.
I am not a staffer. If you already emailed that service@instructables.com and got no luck with that, try to PM(private message) shadylogic or jessyratfink, I do not know who is or how they handle the shipment of contest prizes now.  Hopefully you will get an answer since they shut down on weekends California time.

i just saw the typo... hahahahahah i copied from a post some one else had on the forum hahahahaha Im useless today hahahah

but yeah i am in Merica... cause im an Merican... so just trying to figure out how long it takes ... cause my personal camera broke hahaha... so a new one wouuld help
