YOU WILL NEED ELBOW NOODLES, 1 2/3 CUP OF MILK, 2 EGGS, SALT AND PEPPER, 1 LBS OF KAFT SHARP CHEESE, 1 PACKAGE OF KAFT SHERRED MEXICAN STYLE CHEESE AND 3 TABLE SPOONS OF BUTTER. COMBINE ALL IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL. STIR AND PUT IN A CASSROLE DISH BAKE FOR ABOUT 30 MINS OR UNTIL ALL MILK HAS VANISH.

First of all, turn off THE CAPS! And this would be better as a slideshow or an instructable.

You'll get a much better sauce if you make it separately on the stove top. Make a roux from butter, flour, and milk, then slowly melt in the cheese. Pour that over the pasta and blend well before baking (30 minutes, or until the sauce on top has browned). And remember to turn off the caps lock on your oven or the casserole will get all loud and shouty.

Everyone is different. I like hot peppers in nearly everything (even in some of the Dark Chocolate bars I consume ;-) and I also like variety: so one day I use Velveeta and the next I may use Provolone or American......I finally found a source for Limburger cheese too, and that sounds good to me in a mac n cheese dish, but I haven't tried it yet.
Oh, just to be clear, I didn't mean for that to sound like a criticism in any way, just kind of an additional thought.
