503c org need to be chartered. board of directors location? sponsors? anyone ever tried to hold a large event? not as the boss but have been on boards for things like this.2000 to 8000 people show up,worst than not enough interest is too much ,ever ordered 200 portable pottys?what if food venders back out at last min? or the bands get into fights? sounds like fun ,need some help?
