Nice! Do you use a magnifying glass?

I actually don't use one. I never thought of that to be honest.
I need to but that is because my old eyes are becoming weak
I spent a few hours burning little pictures into an old bench behind my house one day. A few tips: use a large heavy glass magnifier, the kind like in detective comics, and wear dark sunglasses. The focused light is akin to a little welding arc. With a little practice you can "draw" a 3 inch line in about 15 seconds.

As Kiteman wrote: you could write up an instructable on how you do that.

I created a "general" one at this site here,  but you can definitely share your own techniques and tricks.
BTW: I think your pyrographic bear is very well done.
