"Auto" pin grounding?

Does anyone know how to ground pins automatically using the polygon tool and the auto tool in eagle (e.g. the black ovals in picture)?

On the schematic, you need to hook those pins up to the GND signal, and then make sure that your ground-plane is also the GND signal. However, it appeears that your chip's grounds are already hooked up to the ground-plane, see the little red +'s?
