sending links from a specific step from pro user to non-pro user
as a pro user i can 'view all', and then the link to step looks like this:
http://www.instructables.com/id/simple-bike-storage-rack-for-many-bikes-in-small-a/#step3
if i send that to a non-pro user it doesn't work they go to the main page.
for a non-pro user the link to a step looks like this:
http://www.instructables.com/id/simple-bike-storage-rack-for-many-bikes-in-small-a/step3/Just-in-case-you-are-worried-about-your-rims/
but with 'view all' set, as a pro i cant get that link.
