Sharpen a knex peice. Stab with a underhand stab to the stomach, (it is harder to block)either kick them in the "",or snap the neck. When they punch you and you hopefully dodge it grab their hand,palm strike their elbow to break their arm, and since their in pain follow through with almost anything.
