Just FYI it was a holiday weekend in the states and I believe they're still recovering from the maker faire. I'm sure they don't mean to leave you in suspense; they just have lots of stuff going on. Everyone who entered did such a marvelous job! I love looking through all the entries, finalist or not. :)

Funny you say that I thought it could be used with the chocolate kingdom, you could do a characture of dad or do a little photoshop with dad in a crown then do the chocolate painting and put it on top of the castle. :)

The kingdom of chocolate is the best because it is something everyone can use for birthdays or fathers day plus the instructions are wonderful and I love all of the photos. I am going to make one for my Dad and make him feel like a king.

I just had a chocolate tasting at my house. We had 10 different types of chocolate none of which contained any ftuit, nuts, spices etc. and interestingly, Hershy came out at the bottom of the pile. After tasting other chocolate it was incredibly bland. I was quite surpised.

You were surprised that Hershey's tasted bland? They blend cocoa beans from several places just to make sure they get a "consistent" flavor. That sounds like a fun party! Did you try a variety of dark, milk, and white, or what types? Any single origin chocolate?

I like your instructable. Maybe it'd stand out even more if you showed pictures of your lip scrub while you're making it, and then a picture of the finished scrub. Using your own photos makes instructables even better.

I just found this instructable for making a chocolate tempering pot. http://www.instructables.com/id/Chocolate-Tempering-Pot/ I don't know the person who made this, but man... his instructable just made this contest a lot more fun. We can do so much more with tempered chocolate... especially if we don't need to keep checking on the temperature of the tempered batch. Yay!
