Humana Health Challenge

Health and wellness are part of a happy, well-balanced life! To help you stay healthy, we've teamed up with Humana for the Humana Health Challenge. Share ideas on how to become, and stay, well and healthy: tell us how you eat, exercise, or even what you've created to make life easier for the ill, elderly, or disabled.

Submit a new Instructable by December 12 that addresses one of these issues and you could win a $5,000 adventure, a $500 gift certificate for a trip to a spa or REI, or a box of fresh, seasonal fruit! Just make sure that the Instructable is clear with lots of great photos and understandable instructions. Your Instructable will fit one of these three categories:

• Active - Ideas for helping to build and maintain physical fitness or emotional well-being
• Assistive Tech - High-tech/gadget-based ideas for helping ill, elderly, or disabled
• Adaptive Tools - Low-tech ideas for helping ill, elderly, or disabled

Each category has its own identical set of prizes. Also, when submitting, don't worry about which category to enter. Just enter the contest and we'll take care of it from there.
