it only allows you to enter step by step instructables and your clay maneating monster is not a step by step instructable. hppened to me too. I can only enter my "how to draw a greek titan" and not my monster instructable. :(

It isn't because instructables chooses not to include Europe in the competitions, it has to deal with the prizes, taxes, shipping, and all sorts of things get much more complicated when giving out prizes to other countries; Ultimately, it is down to the wishes of the sponsoring company and instructables has little to no control over that.
