Overview

Wassily Kandinsky once said: “Each color lives by its mysterious life.” Orange can trigger hunger, blue is a symbol for trustworthiness, and light greens can make you feel at ease. To celebrate color, we’re inviting you to participate in the Wall Overhaul Contest brought to you in partnership with Olympic Paint.

With just a little elbow grease and a can of paint, anyone can transform the look and feel of a room. So roll up your sleeves and tape the baseboards — it’s time to give those walls an overhaul!

We’re looking for any paint or staining project that improves the walls in your home. Projects that use Olympic Paint could also win the special judges' prize! Show us your murals, accent pieces, sponge techniques, and shelving projects for a chance to win a Canon digital camera, painting tools, and Olympic Paint.

Brighten up your home with a splash of color — a world without it would be a dull place to live in.


Multiple entries are accepted, but each entrant can only win one prize. Contest is open to entrants from residents of the United States that are age 18+. The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PT), October 13, 2014. Contest closes for entries at 11:59pm PT, December 8, 2014.

The winner(s) will be solely responsible for complying with any and all applicable statutes, laws (including, without limitation, common law, if applicable), rules and regulations and for bearing any personal income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, customs duties, or other taxes, fees, insurance, surcharges or other costs relating to receiving, claiming or collecting any prize.
