Overview
The Craftsman Workshop of the Future Contest is here and we have $20,000 worth of tools to give away to the best Instructable that uses tools to make something awesome. Seriously... twenty-thousand dollars of gear! You could build some incredible things with that in your workshop and the best part is that the Instructable can be about anything!
Show us your skills and your passion for building in an amazing Instructable and be sure to provide plenty of details and tips to help others out. We want to see what tools you use and how you use them. We also want to see enough instruction that others can follow in your footsteps to make it themselves.
So get to it and show us your masterpiece. With a grand prize of $20,000 in tools and 10 runner-up prizes of $500 in tools you don't want to miss this one.
Create a new Instructable that fits the guidelines outlined in the contest description above. To be eligible, Instructables must be published between Dec 2, 2008 and Jan 4, 2009 (11:59pm PT).
Upon publishing your Instructable you'll see checkboxes for open contests. Select Craftsman Workshop of the Future Contest. If you have entries currently eligible for entry, it will also show up by clicking "Enter this Contest" on the right side of this page.
Entries are accepted by Instructables staff within one business day Monday - Friday. What matters is the submission time, not acceptance time.
A panel of judges made up of Instructables staff and respected members of the community rate the finalists. The averages of the ratings determine the winners.
When the winners are decided they will be notified and announced here on the contest page.
