Kollabora

Kollabora is a social platform for DIYers, consisting of a craft supply marketplace and multiple maker communities linking to projects, supplies, and how-tos. Kollabora soft-launched sewing, knitting, and jewelry making communities with fashion-forward projects, and plan to expand into many more DIY communities, including home decor.

We believe that we are what we make, and that people should have a creative alternative to just buying products. They should have the opportunity to make what they're inspired by, and that's why we aim to foster a real community here at Kollabora. Our name, after all, comes from "collaboro", the Latin word for working together: users and our editorial team are inspiring and teaching each other how to make things, which is what community is all about!

Every project on Kollabora feeds and fosters your creativity, and, above all, offers you the choice to make it yourself—a fun, unique and truly fulfilling alternative to simply buying an end product.
