Now you have to bend the "cover" of the CD-case that it looks like in the picture below.

now you attach glue to the two things that keeps the cover on the rest of the case.
Now just let the whole thing dry, it will take some time (even if the package says glues in seconds). I just let it dry about night.
After drying you can clip off the overstanding edges, that makes it a little bit smaller
Put your stuff on the cover side and put it into your shelf or whatever. Don't stress it to much the cover will bend a little but than break.
