You can get an RSS feed of new projects from:
http://www.instructables.com/ex/y/process/rss.xml

You can get an RSS feed for any tag with:
http://www.instructables.com/tag/LED/rss.xml
(replace 'LED' with the tag of your choice)

You can get an RSS feed for a user with:
http://www.instructables.com/ex/u/dan/rss.xml
(replace 'dan' with the user of your choice)

Other areas of the site may be feedable as well - try appending 'rss.xml'

For multiple tags at once:
http://www.instructables.com/tag/led/graffiti/rss.xml
to use both the 'led' and 'graffiti' tags.

Any way to get new contests as a feed. So that we could be notified as soon as possible when there is a new one to get workin on...
