This is the simplest mod ever... All you do is add a tactical rail attachment. 

Step 1: Material

You will need:
Nerf Hailfire
Assault grip from the Retaliator

Step 2: Attachment

Simply attach the assault grip.

Step 3: Ta-Da!!!
