Also, I have an uncle with high blood pressure, so he can't eat any salt. Because of that my aunt seasons rice with just lemon, she said no one notices there's no salt in it!

I think that when doing the first one you should be really careful to not get the juice on your skin cause you can get really bad sunburns on skin that's been in contact with lemon juice.
