12 Shot NERF Maverick (Swing Reload)

This was kind of an impulse build so it's really rough and it's also my first NERF instructable, so any comments, ideas, or thoughts on how to better the design or the instructable would be appreciated. Now on to the idea, basically it is a double barreled Maverick in which the barrels "swing" in and out of the gun.

Step 1 Tools

the only uncommon tool i used was a hand-held hack-saw my brother has.
other than that i used a Phillips head screw-driver, a pair of pliers and some wire cutters

Hmm, the pics are a tad fuzzy and the instructions are kind of vague, BUT.... *eyes his mavericks* This is so tempting to try.... Idea: 4 stars      ible: 2.5 stars         awesomeness: 3.5 stars       over all: 3.5 stars, nice idea!

I think if you removed the bit of plastic below where the barrels are and put a metal rod, then made up a V shaped bit of something connected to the barrel at the top of the V and the bottom on the rod, you could fit maybe 4-5 barrels then :D

ive seen one with 3 on nerfhaven but i dont have the supplies for it something like that right now

I know i've seen this done before, on nerfhaven i think, that person also made one with three turrets attatched to it. This still looks like you did a great job and that must've been hard to make.

it was actually fairly easy the hardest part was figuring out how much i needed to cut away
