This is an Instructable that lends itself rather well to a video. Hear for yourself how loud these things are. Easily made from a couple of pill bottles, a piece of latex or rubber (latex glove, a balloon, or, yes, a condom =),and a rubber band, you can quickly make an ear-ringing airhorn sure to annoy at your favorite sporting event...

You can just stick it through the hole you cut in the larger one and glue it if you want, although it stays pretty neatly in place without it. The plastic is pretty soft and easily cuttable with an x-acto knife =)
