Introduction: 15 Minute Breakfast (including Cleanup)

ALERT: Lots of calories
If you like bacon, eggs, and toast. And want a quick hot meal in the morning. This may be it.

Time : 15 minutes, including cleanup.

Step 1: Prep

Put the pan on the flame, maximum temperature. Use butter, oil or margarine ( 1 teaspoon )

Two slices of Ham
One slice of Cheese ( anything will do )
One egg

Step 2: Lets Start

Make sure that the pan is really hot. Once its starts smoking its ready.
Toss in the ham , let it sizzle for 20 seconds, flip it.
Break the egg and wait for the egg white to coagulate.

Step 3: Flip the Egg

flip the egg.
Keep on turning the ham every 30 seconds

Step 4: Time to Eat ( After Cleanup )

Ham > Cheese>Egg>Ham

Your choice of toast, muffin goes around the goodies.

You should have about seven minutes left out of the 15 to clean up.
