This is the easiest breakfast ever, and so filling!
Simply mix together in a microwaveable bowl:
-Bread. (Tear the bread up into small chunks. I used bread scraps from when I made French Onion Soup)
-Egg (Enough to cover the other ingredients)
-Cheese
-Seasonings, meats, vegetables, and whatever else you want!

Then microwave for 2 minutes. It can be eaten directly out of the bowl, or flipped out like a sandcastle. Easy peezy!
Or, you could add sugar and vanilla and/or chocolate, and it tastes like csake
