1. Chose your seat, then
2. Make sure your spine is long, crown of the head reaching high
3. Roll your shoulders up and back, then relax your shoulder blades
4. Plant your feet firmly on the ground.
Don't breathe too deeply in these exercises, just use the fingertips to maintain a connection to the part of the body as I call it out.
