A Delicious and Healthy Lunch for when your on the GO

Step 1: Ingridients

For Your Wrap you will need

Whole wheat pita

Real Mayonnaise (100 calories)

Honey Roasted Ham

Fresh Lettuce

And The Cheese of your choice

Step 2: Pita!

First Take your whole grain Pita and using a lined skillet , Toast the pita on media heat. Now spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over your toasted pita .

Step 3: Finsh

Lastly, layer the roasted ham and lettuce. If you are going to enjoy it cold shred your cheese as you put on the other ingredients. If you prefer your wrap warm, pop it in the oven on 250 for about 7 minutes. At the 4 minute mark take out your wrap and shred your cheese on top. Either way tastes great.
