You can order from a website that does photo gifts, snapfish, walmart, etc.,they run $16-$20.

To make frame nail the 2 pcs of 3/4" x 2" x 21" wood pieces onto the 2 pcs of 3/4" x 2" x 22" wood.
First drill a pilot holes on the corners, then use the 8 - 2.5 inch nails and hammer them 2 per corner.
or use an old large picture frame or canvas frame that is premade.

Step 3: Preparing the Pillowcase Fabric

Prepare the pillowcase for mounting onto the wood frame. On the blank side, cut at the three sewn edges leaving an excess of 2 inches. On the open end use the overlapped blank fabric on the edge and cut leaving a 2 inch excess. The excess edges should fold over.

Step 4: Putting It All Together

Lay the fabric down on a clean surface right side down and place the wood frame over it. Stretch the fabric over the edges of the wood frame and staple it down going around the frame. When done, trim any excess fabric that is unsecured.

Step 5: Hang It Up and Enjoy!!!!

Is this a lot cheaper than ordering a canvas directly?<br>
Looks like a 20x30 canvas photo runs around $125. This is a fantastic idea!
Yup and you can customize it. Make shaped wood frames instead of a regular rectangle canvas frame. I have gotten many compliments on mine, I used to have them in the main entrance of the house. People were always dumbstruck by how cheap and easy it was to make.
