I think I may understand..... mabey. My bad british english to americain english translator says... This is a method of securing objects firmly in place, in the trunk(boot) of a car with a TINY engine(260cc? My lawnmower is biger than that, and it's not even a ride on!) Mabey useful to hold the fire extinguisher, for when that tiny engine burns up, at speds over 7 Kph?(just kidding. really :-) could also be useful, in a hatchback, to replace bungee cords, when moving items way to big/long. still not safe, but certainly better looking solution.
Lol. Actually, it's for a Peugeot 206 CC (Coupe Cabriolet), a nice little convertible car with a 1600 cc engine.

Perhaps a little more explanation is in order. Like for instance what this is for. I'm assuming it has something to do with a Peugeot but you dont say what it is to or what it is used for.
