A while back thefrugalfilmmaker featured a video on his website about composing for 2.35:1 on 16:9 cameras. However, instead of using a tape measure as a reference, I figured it might be a lot easier to simply make a reference video in a photo editor. My theory proved successful, so I wanted to show it to you guys.
Information:
Audio was captured on a ZOOM H1 handy recorder at 48kHz, while the video was captured on a Sony HX9V at 1080/60p.
