Step 1: MIX & WHIP
480ml Whipping Cream (Chilled)
397g / 1 Tin (Can) Condensed Milk
Mix the Nutella and condensed milk together. Whip the whipping cream in a a chilled / cold stand mixer until the soft peak stage. Add the Nutella and condensed milk mixture and whip together until everything is combined. Pour the ice cream into a loaf tin or container.
Step 2: EXTRA NUTELLA
150ml Whipping Cream
(This Is Optional)
Mix the Nutella and whipping cream together and place spoonfuls on top of the ice cream. Next, run a knife through the ice cream to create a marbled effect. Freeze the ice cream for 6 hours before serving.
