This makes it very clear what you should and should not do.
This is a cracked version, but use this version because its translated.
Basically you go to the generator menu and you select the items you want. Then you make a little .exe file. Remember... do not release this.

GenVir is so advanced that you actually can make useful security tools with it.

 Firstly you should learn assembly language. Using this you can override most computer settings and create a virus... or even a virus creator that will release new viruses.

how is format C: going to do anything if your running windows off that partition? It won't let you... Also, what about the confirmation? It asks you if you really want to format that partition and that all data will be lost (duh)... So basically the way it is now the person would get a box popped up asking them if they want to erase everything... . yea, should work swell..

If you type the following: format /q C:\ It will not ask you to confirm the delete.

To wreck something like a Science lab of a university computer lab is shallow and quite pointless. Maybe you shouldn't be there, the trouble you cause to others is so much worse than the one or two people you are intending to harm with you dumb little virus.
Also, when yo make a file, your name is always attached to it (or your login name at least) so you will probably get caught -- Well I hope so anyway.
If you want to get back at someone, put laxitive in their coffee, of punch them, but don't be so malicious - it's idiotic and shortsighted.
In windows, there is the event viewer which tracks basically everything which happens on that machine so don't be surprised if you get caught.

a .bat file works through cmd prompt although you could also try .com most basic viruses simply use standard methods of operating, manipulated for different commands

send him a virus connected to an email u send him but something simple like a fork bomb and every time he send email send a fork bomb and if he keeps doing it send a worse virus. theres an instructable to make a very bad virus

Ok, what YOU have to do is have him e-mail you. (You need g-mail for this part) Then on the e-mail, next to the little reply button on the right in the e-mail menu, click the down arrow, then click show original, and you will see his/her IP Address somewhere in there. Then try connecting to their computer using telnet(it is on vista, but not actually installed; open telnet by typing in telnet on cmd) then type the IP address and port number(ie. 200.200.200.2 48600) default port number(23). Then you can take over :) sorry if that was too long :)
