this is a very simple, cheap and healthy breakfast to make. it only uses 3 ingredients; oats, milk and water although i often eat it with other stuff as well.
Step 1: Ingredients
add half a cup of oats, milk and water to your bowl. for a favourite variation of mine, cut up an apple and add it to the mix and sprinkle with cinnamon when it has finished cooking. otherwise brown sugar goes really well.
Step 2: Microwave
i microwave it for about 2 minutes (bit longer on cold days), stirring it when it is about half way done. depends on your microwave though.
