Having a six pack is more about having low body-fat then having strong abdominals. You can have the strongest abs in the world, but if your bodyfat percent is over 11% you will not be able to see them. *Facepalm*
This is the truth! You can get larger abs by doing any number of exercises, and this will allow them to be visible with higher body fat percentages; however, to have abs like that title shot you would not only need very strong abs but a body fat % well under 10%...probably even lower than 7%.
AB size has actually been proven to not have a direct correlation with core strength. LOOKING like your in good shape is actually different than BEING in good shape
That is you in the title shot, right?
