For this recipe you will need the following:

Bread (at least one good sized loaf)
2 celery stalks
2 carrots
2 c. of vegetable broth (i made mine from bullion)
Spices (rosemary, thyme, sage)

Step 2: Toast The Bread

First you want to toast your bread. I used an oven and cut the bread up into small pieces. Don't use stale bread, because then your stuffing will taste...well, stale!

Step 3: Prepare Veggies

While the bread is toasting, chop your veggies and saute them until soft.

Step 4: Add Veggies to Toasted Bread

Nice, I'll have to give this a try. I love Simply Organic spices too :)

No milk or eggs in that loaf of bread? Is there a commonly available brand we can look for?

Traditional French style breads are already vegan. Flour, yeast, oil, salt. That's all the ingredients you need to make awesome bread.

Perfect timing! The family was planning on eating a Vegan for Thanksgiving, but I know they can be kind of dry if you don't stuff them before cooking.

I clicked on this knowing someone would make this joke. Are you a middle aged accountant?

Nope. I'm a cannibal from the depths of the Amazon rain forest. WiFi and the internet have really opened up a whole new world for us here in the jungle.

The stuffing isn't vegan if it is in a turkey.

And it ain't "dressing" if it didn't come out of a bottle?

In PA, they call it "filling", even if it only fills a casserole dish.

Leftovers might be covered with "tin foil"

Of course, the leftovers go in the "icebox", even if the cooling power comes out of a wall socket.
