Make a bipod in 30 minutes for $3.00

Materials:

1" PVC (or as match to your stock)
.75" PVC
2 bolts
2 nuts (I used nuts with nylon washer)
Electrical Tape
Saw
Cutting Tool
File

*If you shoot yourself that is your problem and you shouldn't have a firearm.

Cut 2 - 3 inches (5 - 7cm) from the1" (2.5cm) PVC

Next cut a slit down the lenght of the piece

*Warning, cut the slit then place on the stock the if needed widen the slit, about 1/4" was almost too much for my stock

Wow, nice idea! Works great for lightweight rifles, I'd bet.

How do you prevent the bolt heads from maring the stock??

excellent question, something I did not think about (marring the stock). I did not think about this because as it is the pvc cut in the C shape provides enough gap. Padding the C shaped piece would be a good idea.

have you thought about making the pvc camo to better blend in or black?

I did not have paint, this was really just a proof of concept. I tried it out over the week, and it needs a cross bar to make the whole thing look like an "A"
