Ingredient List

Layer #1: Chocolate Brownie
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup flour

Layer #2:  Marshmallow
• 1 cup of Marshmallow Fluff

Layer #3: Graham Cracker Blondie
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/4 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/4 cup graham crumbs
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt

Layer  #0.14: Graham Cracker Crust
• 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust



Step 1: Brownie & Marshmallow Layers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

To make Brownie batter, melt butter and chocolate in microwave. Cool slightly. In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, sugars, vanilla and salt until light and bubbly.  Whisk in melted chocolate.  Fold in flour. Pour into Graham Cracker Crust.

Dollop marshmallow crème on top of brownie batter.

Step 2: Graham Blondie Layer & Baking

To make Blondie batter, Melt butter in a 1-quart saucepan. When melted, brown the butter over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Transfer to a mixing bowl and whisk in brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Whisk until smooth. Add flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt. Pour blondie batter on top of marshmallow crème.

Bake pie 25 minutes in pre-heated 350-degree oven. Cover top of pie loosely with tin foil. Bake 20-25 more minutes or until center is springy beneath the puffed marshmallow. Remove from oven and cool.
