3D Cinema Glasses For a Toddler

3D Cinema Glasses For a Toddler

The problem:

I recently took my 3yr old child to see a 3D animation movie. It was her first time. She enjoyed it but found it hard to keep the eyeglasses on, has it kept falling off.

The solution:

A little hacking was in need, so as soon as we got home I got thinking on how to fix this. The solution I found was to get rid of part of the earpieces and replace them with velcro elasticated bands.

Apologies for the low quality of the pictures. Not very good camera on the phone. :(

This is great! I worked for a movie theater for about a year and felt horrible when parents would come out asking for smaller glasses when we didn't even stock any. I would hand them handfuls of rubber-bands and anything I could come up with so they could still enjoy the movie.
