Introduction: 3D Printed ROBOTIC ARM

THATS A JOB I DO IN MY HIGH SCHOOL. IT IS A ROBOTIC ARM FULL 3D PRINTED, CONTOLED WITH ARDUINO. I HOPE YOU LIKE IT!! AND SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH I'M FROM CATALONIA AND I HAVE 20 YERAS OLD.

it's advisable use an power source to aliment the servos with enoght power.

Step 2: STL FILES

ALL THE FILES ARE OF OWN DESIGN, I MADE IT WITH SKETCHUP.

Step 3: MOUNTING

IT'S VERY VERY IS TO MOUNT THE ROBOTIC ARM, USE THE BOLTS WHAT YOU NEED, I USE M3 BOLTS OR LEES DIAMETER. FOLLOW THE IMATGES TO VIEW THE PROCES.

Step 4: WIRING

I SHOW YOU IN THE PHOTO HOW IN WIRE THE ARUDINO AND THE SERVOMOTORS.

Step 5: RESULTS

THATS THE RESULT OF MY PROJECT OF THE ROBOTIC ARM, YOU CAN PROGRAM AS YOU PREFER, HOWEVER I UPLOAD AN EXEMPLE OF THE CODE I USED IN ARDUINO, IS VERY SIMPLE BUT IT WORKS.

Well do you speak spanish? I have a doubt , on the connection between arduino and the servo motor. Which servomotor corresponds to each part of the robot?

yes! i speak spanish, and you can chose witch servo use for each part!!

one pack battery is enough? recently I make a robotic arm with one pack battery and the servo didn't move. how you do that?

I use a power source, to 6V 2A, with this is enough.
With only the pack battery the servos don't recive enough power to move and look the wiring photo, thats a comon problem!
