Do you crave a Healthy Energizing Vegan Gluten-free Smoothy? Make this one!
Step 1: Gather Ingredients & Blend!
Recipe: For 750 ml
1 banana, peeled & broken into 2
1 cup (140 gr) organic frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons broken flaxseed
1 can of 330 ml coconut water
Place all ingredients in this order into your Vitamix or blender & blend until completely smooth. I
Pour into lovely cool smaller smoothy glasses & top with a few frozen blueberries! Sip & enjoy with loved one’s!
