Classic:
Glue a coin to a sidewalk or somewhere similar, and watch people try to pick it up!
Updates:
It doesn't necessarily have to be a coin to glue it on a side walk, try a small toy, or if you know a tree-hugger, you can glue peices of trash to the sidewalk. Or, you can always leave a trail of coins to a dollar bill with somebody waiting to pull it away with fishing line!

Hey, milkywaybar, if u loosely tape quarters on top of the fan blades, the next time somebody sets the fan on high, the quarters flying off and hitting the walls will make a loud RAT-A-TAT-TAT noise and scare their pants off! hee hee!
