Introduction: 5 Min. Fruit & Milk Smoothies (quick and Easy)
Here is an easy recipe to quickly make your own healthy meal, you can have before and after your work-out, if you are in a hurry, or just to enjoy a moment with your partner or friends :) You can keep a reserve in your fridge or even freeze it so you can drink it in the next days.
Step 1: Cutting Fruit
Take half of an apple and half of a banana, peel them off and cut them in pieces.
You can use pears, coconuts, or peaches pulp too :)
Step 2: Grab Some Dried Fruit
I like to add peanuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, or peeled pumpkin seeds to the smoothie.
Step 3: Adding the Milk
The more you add, the more liquid the smoothie will be. I usually add a small glass of it.
Step 4: Blend Your Smoothie
Be sure that the mixture is nice and smooth.
Step 5: Choose Your Cup Wisely
Choose a nice and colorful cup for your smoothie and grab a couple of straws (for you and your lady/boy of course).
