This one could not be easier or tastier. It's a tangy-sweet dip made from cream cheese and marshmallow fluff, which my boyfriend insists is good on absolutely every type of fruit. (And I'm even thinking pastries... toast... and everything) And he named lots of different types this morning while we were talking about it, so you should take his word for it. Man is an expert!
It's a bit addictive, though... so be careful. I don't even like cream cheese, and I was very skeptical when Tyler got a craving and decided to call his mom while we were grocery shopping to figure out what exactly was in her strawberry dip - but I cannot get enough of this stuff!
I have to thank Tyler and his mom for this one! You'll be thanking them too. :D
Step 1: Needed stuffs:
- fruit (of your choosing, so far I like pineapple and strawberries best!)
- 8 oz tub cream cheese or Tofutti
- 7 oz can marshmallow fluff
- bowl & spoon/spatula OR food processor
So it's up to you, fancy dip maker. Do your thing.
( As a side note: not sure how to cut up a pineapple? I got you covered!
Also important to note: I recently used Tofutti instead of cream cheese it tastes just as good! :D Yay for still being to eat my favorite stuff!
