Introduction: 5 Minute Fruit Dip
This one could not be easier or tastier. It's a tangy-sweet dip made from cream cheese and marshmallow fluff, which my boyfriend insists is good on absolutely every type of fruit. (And I'm even thinking pastries... toast... and everything) And he named lots of different types this morning while we were talking about it, so you should take his word for it. Man is an expert!
It's a bit addictive, though... so be careful. I don't even like cream cheese, and I was very skeptical when Tyler got a craving and decided to call his mom while we were grocery shopping to figure out what exactly was in her strawberry dip - but I cannot get enough of this stuff!

Step 1: Needed Stuffs:
- fruit (of your choosing, so far I like pineapple and strawberries best!)
- 8 oz tub cream cheese or Tofutti
- 7 oz can marshmallow fluff
- bowl & spoon/spatula OR food processor
So it's up to you, fancy dip maker. Do your thing.

Also important to note: I recently used Tofutti instead of cream cheese it tastes just as good! :D Yay for still being to eat my favorite stuff!

For a couple minutes. You want it to be creamy and smooth.
At this point, I guess you could fancy it up a bit, but I have not. Spices, vanilla/mint/almond/orange/lemon extracts... all fair game here. I'm just playing by the rules. It's pretty prefect anyway.
It keeps well for a couple days. We've never let it get past then. It goes fast!
And it's good both cold and at room temperature. You just made yourself some pretty versatile dip, my friend. Enjoy. :D
