These 5 static stretch exercises combined with SMR (foam rolling) can help fix many movement compensations such as valgus knees and excessive shoulder internal rotations.

Before I started on the tutorial I did ramble a bit about active isolated stretch and dynamic stretch if you happen to be interested.

2:22, back calf static stretch tutorial

6:44, outer hamstring stretch tutorial

8:42, front neck stretch (sternocleidomastoid)

9:55, upper trap stretch (back neck)
