Step 18Rain Water Car Wash

Rain Water Car Wash
It's dark, it's cold, and it's raining. People scurry from door to door like big wet rats.

This bright young man from Mexico realized that his world had turned into a giant carwash.
So with an old teeshirt, some shampoo, and some laundry detergent, he went to work and scrubbed his car in the rain. Good idea Juan Garcia!

p.s.
Note to environmentalists: If you worry what runs into the bay when you do this, use eco-soap or make sure your sudsy water runs into a real sewer rather than a storm runoff drain.

p.p.s. The stuff that looks like snow in the photo is raindrops lit up by the flash.

I've washed my truck several times while it was raining. Some people think that's crazy, however... The rain would otherwise turn any dust and dirt on my truck into stuck-on mud. I drive one of those huge F350 crew cab duallys and therefore it's way too big to park in the garage so it gets a bit dirty. Every night my truck gets covered with dew but dries in the morning without a problem of water spots for the most part. After I wash the truck while it's raining I obviously don't have to dry the truck. After it stops raining and the truck dries off everyone else's cars are muddy while my truck is shiny and clean. It's great!

Yes, that's correct. It should always be P.P.S. It's actually Latin for Post scriptum, meaning "after text". So if you think of it like that, when adding P.S.(after text) onto another P.S.(after text) it would be like saying "after the after text, or Post Post Scriptum. (P.P.S). Still, I prefer to write P.S.S, because it sounds like "psst". As in, the sound you make when whispering. It's wrong, but it's just more fun that way. Ex: Please go to the store to pickup a loaf of bread. Thanks! P.S. We also need milk. P.S.S. (psst) I almost forgot, please get some eggs as well.

Not sure who you're responding to, but P.S. is the abbreviation for Post Script, P.P.S. simply has another post added in. Hope that didn't sound rude or snide, was just trying to be informative. I figure that's what knowledge is best for... passing it on. Peace.
